Everyone welcome, just leave any attitudes at the door and have a fun filled four hours of BJJ, MMA, Judo, Submission Fighting, Muay Thai or what ever you want to train.

You can train Gi, No Gi or a bit of both.

We will do some technique workshops and will be inviting other instructors to do the same.

You can do the workshops or you can just roll for the four hours!
