Congrats to Lisa on her 2nd round TKO victory over the more experienced Dutch fighter Nadia van der Wel. This was Lisa's pro debut, and there's no doubt she's going to be a force to be reckoned with :D

I have been teaching kickboxing for many years, well 1975 to be exact, and I have produced many champions at National, European and World level but without the help of Karl Tanswell and SBG this fight would have been a bridge too far and we would not have had this spectacular win.

MMA is the most techinical sport in the World and I am pleased to have these people working with me.

I am a whitebelt again and I love it.

This martial arts journey is great in the company of warriors.

What a great fight, all action and a really good MMA fight, it was worth the coach journey up with all the drunks!

Cant wait for fight number 2.......
