yes m8 i go there, its a good club with no big attitueds :) lots of different levels go from real newbies to pro level fighters :D

Do they only train once a week ?

we also train on a thursday at south bank middlesbrough.Its not ideal training just twice a week but u will get some good coaching :)

Black belt Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Instructor Lucio Sergio will be here on sunday 18th may.

alright i thought id post in this thread as it wont let me make a new one up but has anyone got the number or training times for the guy who takes the training at ormsby .. just im looking to start training so a time table, website or number would be great if anyone can help out cheers
