After a lot of nagging from various people, I've finally made a start on setting up a webpage / blog.

http://rosisexton.wordpress.com

There's videos of a few of my fights on there too, and more stuff to come :)

Hey Rosi, nice blog.

I'll add a link to it from mine: http://nottingham-massage.blogspot.com/. I'm experimenting with affiliate schemes and advertising at the moment but I think I need to spend a bit more time writing some interesting content....

Cheers

Rich,
No point having a blog unless you're going to write something interesting on it!

Hi all

I'm new to the forums so I'm probably posting this in the wrong place!

I started MMA in the middle of last year finally!. I train full contact Kickboxing every day, MMA I can only train once per week due to child minding problems as most classes are in the evenings:/, and Muay thai 1-3 times every fortnight, plus the gym when I can squeeze it in.

I'm not normally allowed to roll with the adult males at my gym, unless its stand up sparring.

My ground game is very limited due to lack of clubs that can meet my schedule in my area.

Are there any tips anyone could give me on well basically everything.

Thanks all

Yup.... Find a gym where they let you roll with the adult males. You won't get much advancement in your skill rolling with juniors. There's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't be rolling with adult males.

That's ridiculous! Where do you train?

And do you get a discount for not getting the full use of the club?

Good blog, Rosi, I had a similar conversation about human's vs animals awhile back with my missus, whilst we were walking around Chester Zoo.

If that rule applied in my gym, I'd have no one to train with ;) That is rather unusual...
Really enjoy reading the blog, Rosi. Hope you'll have the time to keep it going.

Hi guys, new to the forum.
Am writing about the popularity of MMA in the UK. Am wondering what the numbers are in terms of female participants pro and amatuer here in Britain.

Do you guys know who would have those stats?

Thanks
