no im just lookn 4 sumwhere 2 train in the area and im finding it near impossable ! i keep gettn told theres gyms all ova the area but know 1 knows where, so addresses/phone numbers would help.

a know a couple thats all as am not from that kneck off the woods there is kirk merrington mma and team machine not sure off the address or class times sorry

Yeah ive heard of them but i have no idea where they are, ive bin told that there are at least 2 in ferry hill and 1 in birtley. ive searched the web lookn 4 addresses and such but cant find anything !

im from birtley and cant say ive herd of the place hmmmm mite keep my eyes and ears open as am very intrested in taking up amature mma also
