Clubs in Hemel Hempstead

Im looking for a club in the Hemel Hempstead Area, cant be too far away as i dont get out of work till 7:30.

A friend said you guys on here could point me in the right direction

Too bad you finish work so late or I'd have suggested driving to SSJ in Milton Keynes

Yeah i would do as thats where my friend used to train who said to ask on these forums!, i went there once and thought it was really good, i did the grappling, just before the kickboxing.

It might be worth having a look at the website, since we moved to a full time premesis we have alot more going on, there might be a class or 2 that ur able to catch
