Are you thinking of bringing an MMA club closer my way. I love in Crawley Down, West Sussex. I have been gagging to take up MMA but there is just so few places and Rustington is just a little too far away for me which is a shame!

Class has now changed, is now purely BJJ. Same venue, starts at 7.30-9pm

Mazdaman1980, have a class starting in Waterlooville soon, will be submission wrestling, no gi rather than MMA.

MMA, your closest is probably either ZT, south coast submissions (gosport) or head to south london where you have tons to choose from!

They are all just too far away. I need somewhere in the Crawley area. Waterlooville and South London are an hour away with average traffic. Its a bugger as i am gagging to get back into Martial Arts, particularly MMA. Well if anyone knows of anything closer please let me know, it would be much appreciated!

Beck- I live in Rustington and havent heard of anywhere that teaches MMA here??
I work at ZT Fight Skool in Hove, we have the best trainers and facilities around. Its only 30mins away, people do travel to train with our instructors.

I can even personally give you a tour myself as I am the membership consultant there! Fancy coming down? :-)
