Hi fellas, Im lookin to start MMA.
I live in Nottingham.
Just wondering if there are any places around the area to get started as I eventually i want to enter a couple of competitions.
I weight train and run.
Im 28, weight 11stone. 5ft 8 tall. Body fat 13.5%.
