Hi guys.
As you know we have some of the biggest names in Europe MMA posting here. We also have nutritional, fitness etc experts.
To keep the forum on topic and stop arguments etc posts will not be deleted. They will be moderated. I.e. every single thread and reply will require a Moderator to approve it.
The moderators will be selected from the quality of their responses as much as their status. The moderators powers will be limited to the Ask Fighter forum.
PLEASE DO NOT PM ME ASKING TO BE A MODERATOR
