If you were interested in coming up to sheffield, we always have first timers on our events.

Its more for some of my guys that come to clubs with me. They just want to do something abit closer to home to start with. And something thats well run but maybe a little low key so there isnt much pressure on them to start with.
What events do you do in sheffield then?

Hi Defect
I do novice events in sheffield.
The sets of rules we do are:
Full contact (standard shiny pants kickboxing without low kicks)
Low kick ( same as above but in thai shorts and low kicks are allowed)
K-1 ( same as above but also allowing clinch and knee for 3 seconds)
Novices will fight 3x1.5 mins with shinpads on.
PM me your number and we can have a chat mate
