check the getting back into shape thread on the other bit of the weights/conditioning forum quite a few on there. Any ross training body weight drills work well, cross fit. If you are training for 5 min rounds then do 5 min drills, eg 1min per exercise, 5 exercises, 1 min rest then back into it.

The humble burpee cannot be underestimated. Try sticking a tuck jump onto the 'jump' bit of the burpee. Nasty.

The humble burpee cannot be underestimated. Try sticking a tuck jump onto the 'jump' bit of the burpee. Nasty.
