Just finished reading a copy of this e-book, available from www.grapplersnutrition.com

its not cheap at $29.99, but it is 97 pages long and contains the best grappler-orientated nutritional info I've ever read.

An example of some of the chapters in this book includes:
Nutrition basics
Competition nutrition
Supplements
Sample Menus
Weight management
and
Cutting weight

Its a plain-English, no nonsense guide that doesn't advocate any massive changes to your diet (unless your diet is garbage). It successfully debuncts a number of fad-diets with real science, and promotes a common sense aproach to healthy eating, designed with superior athletic performance in mind.

I'd strongly recommend this to any grappler or combat sports athlete interested in nutrition for sports performance, but its just as accessible to leymen simply looking to tidy their diet up. Top Stuff.
