will be running a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Class
at the world famous 'Camberley Judo Club' in Surrey on Fridays
at 7.45pm-9.15pm

I'm hearing some very good reports about this class. If it was a food, I understand it will be termed 'nutritionally dense' lol, due to the amount of goodness packed into it!

It seems my area is starting to get very blessed with good instruction, what with Andy Roberts, and now Simon and Nadir in the area as well - its good for everyone!
