Just to thank Lucio Sergio (Team Lagarto black belt) for the no gi seminar held at Team Lagarto Oldham.
Great takedowns and strategies to submit your opponent and variations in response to opponents defences.
Goood 2 hours worth of techniques, then an hour rolling doing specifics, takedowns and ground work with Lucio pairing off with the all the participants. Great seminar and thanks to Paul Hartley for bringing him up from Preston.
