Team Quannum will be hosting a weekend MMA training camp on Saturady August 16th and Sunday August 17th.

The weekend will consist of four seminars that break down as follows:

Saturday 16th:
AM 2 hours BJJ techniques for MMA, taught by Steve Haydock BJJ Black Belt.
PM 2 hours Striking for MMA taught by Ian and Dave Butlin.

Sunday 17th:
AM 2 hours BJJ techniques for MMA taught by Steve Haydock BJJ Black Belt.
PM 2 hours clinch/cage control taught by Ian and Dave Butlin.

There will also be an 'Open matt' session during both days to allow anyone in attendence to spar MMA,groundwork or wresling on the matts or in the cage with the opportunity to ask the instructors any questions they want answering, wether its bad positions, escapes or how to finish submissions i guarentee you will find this usefull.

More details will follow in the next few weeks breaking down what will be covered during each session and giving exact timings.

The whole weekend will cost £30 per person, or one day will cost £20 per person, with discounts for group bookings availible.

Numbers will be limited to ensure everyone gets value for money.

In summary this will be an excellent weekend of MMA training for anyone interested, if you live in the north-west dont miss out!

Confirmed timings for seminar are as follows:

Saturday 16th August and Sunday 17th August
12.00noon - 2.00pm BJJ for MMA (Steve Haydock)
2.00pm - 4.00pm Striking for MMA/cage control (Dave & Ian Butlin)

Saturday - Steve will cover controling positions and submissions from the top.

Sunday - Steve will cover high guard techniques and over hook/under hook techniques.

The reason for the late start is to allow for travelling time. Any questions please PM me.
