I have just started a new job that means I gotta work shifts from now on, which has proper fucked up my training. I usually train mostly in kickboxing but now as it looks like a can't really compete too much, i'll prob do a bit more grappling too.
Just really wondering if anyone else on here trains arounf a shift pattern and how they manage to keep it up.
