Bought a foam roller a couple of weeks ago off ebay - came all crushed and mis-shapen so it didn't roll very well. Sent it back and got my money back.

Ordered one off Alex (hardcore Sports Training). Came today - excellent quality, different again. Only a few quid more expensive.

Why was I such a cheap bastard in the 1st place?

Excellent - cheers for the post and hope you enjoy it! (although enjoy might be the wrong word for it!)

Works for me, pretty similar to getting a deep friction massage. When I have tension / knots in my mid and upper back it sounds like I am covered in bubble wrap when I first get on it. After a few mins of slow slow pressure I feel much better.

One of the best things I have ever purchased. Particularly useful for my tight glutes. Getting a bit thinner and softer now though so will have to get a new one soon.

I'll stick a link up tomorrow, I've had a *bit* of a nightmare (a.k.a my entire site has disappeared off the internet), but will put it up on my other site tomorrow.

I still haven't managed to get the site up, but for now if anyone wants a roller I've stuck up a quick PayPal link - you can find it here:

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=44823

As you can see it's a secure link direct to PayPal, so no worries.

Hopefully someone still wants one!

£17.26 with postage.

Not the cheapest on the market, but judging by the op it's worth the extra couple quid.

Plus, most places seem to be charging about £19+ when you add in posting, so it worked out cheaper for me.

The site has been up for a while now, but thought I'd bump this post.
