Dear Freinds,
Not been on the forum for ages as I have been very busy with my new job which is going great. And lets face it, it's a load of old tripe these days.
However, just wanted to pop up a quick post to appeal to those of you with a charitable soft spot to help me raise £6000+ for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
On the 13th of September myself and a freind are traveling to Zambia in Afria to tackle the White Water Rapids of the Zambezi River to raise money for this very good cause.

Along the way we will be encountering hippos, crocodiles, snakes and many other dangerous creatures as well as having to be inocculated aginst every known disease and take malaria tablets.
So there is a very good chance I will be getting hurt and I am sure that thought appeals to quite a few of you.
