Hey, im wanting to take up some serious bodybuilding [ no steroids haha, wanting to be a Pro Wrestler i probably should eh? lol j/k ]

at the moment I'll admit my diet is likely poor, I have chicken in a morning, followed by a shake ( Sci-MX - Omni-MX ] at mid morning then at dinner I have sandwiches ( brown bread with chicken usually ) with another high colorie shake then I have another shake at mid afternoon, then for tea I usually have patatoes > brown rice or ...... sorry chips lmao first cut eh? with steak > chicken or some kind of meat.

My training habbits are mon tue thurs fri ( im going to be starting Ju-Jitsu in two weeks which looks taxing on a saturday ).

When I train I do certain areas like mon = chest & some triceps, tue = arms, thurs = legs ( ...... nasty! ) and fri = shoulders ..... I sually train abs after each session also. I always have Omni-MX shake after training.

I currently weigh 73 1/2 KG on an empty stumach but usually weigh 74kg when on scales during day.

Any advice / tips be great, i think im doing well, in last month ive added 1/2 stone and it doesnt appear to be fat at all.

I think I should prbably eat more tbh, any suggestions?

Have you spoken to Neil? He has some great weights routines which will put muscle on, which I am guessing is what you want unless your going for the big daddy look

Yea! Neil been great help so far, he's told me everything ive been doing wrong if he's spotted me doing bad technique which is helpful, I might ask him on monday for a more advanced routine.

Jamie been quite helpful too.

0.o Big Daddy sure was lucky eh, nowadays you gotta be 15 - 18 stone pure muscle after using the best "training aids" money can buy!

Chicken on a morning ? Urgh.

First thing would be to sort a better split with less overlap.
Eat more.
Get a training diary / journal to record your progression.
Focus on compond movements ie deads, squats, bench.

All basic stuff which I'm sure everyone is sick of seeing / hearing !

Cool, I reckon I'll start organising my foot better and track progress, deadlifts are something I should have probably got into sooner!

Body building is gay. It is all about trying to look good - something women do. Men lift weights to get strong.

I'm not saying this to be a knob, but rather to get you to think about your routines. Why do you work tricpes and then arms the next day? Why work arms at all?

Huhhhhhhhhhhhh id rather look good than be strong ^.^ lmao.
