Best rash guard I've had so far was on O'Neil one. Lasted ages and not lost shape. Large should be good for you, anything smaller might expose mid-riff if you're 6'

I'm around 6ft 2, 14st and I wear an XL so I would recomed a large also.

In my experiance the best rashes are XFGear super light and tough.

Full Contact Fighter are bullet proof but a bit thicker than the XFGear.

Manto excellent rashes at a reasonable price.

I train in the nike compression tops. They have served me well over the years. Plus in shops like Donnay and sports and soccer they are priced from £10 - £22 in various colours and sizes, long sleeved, short sleeved and cut offs.

I have got about 4 of these and they have lasted 2 1/2 years so far of hard training.

did u get ur self one

yep i did

to be honest i dont do alot of no gi grappling, hell im lucky if we do 15 minutes of ground work a week, so instead of waiting for a few days to order one in i went down and bought a nike compression top.

think il still get myself an mma rashguard but for the purposes of that class the niek one was fine, like the quality and im wondering exactly why companies like nike and addidas arnt getting thier greedy paws into mma already
