hahaha NO ROIDS

what training are you doing at the moment. gym work and that?

if you do a 15 min jog 3 times a week run for 20 mins instead.
Lift heavier weights or do more reps, make it challenging.

As far as I understand it most roids won't help you cut up. The problem you have is the fat on your stomach won't be burnt off with the roids, your muscles might develop behind them but you won't be able to see them. You might get bigger guns and an even bigger gut.

Fat burners, t3 (??) would be a better use of under the counter supplements. Far better to sort out your program and diet first though as the horse vitamins will have side affects associated with their potencey.

Read the getting back in shape threads first of all, they are in the forums do a search. Loads of advice on there. What weight sets do you do? Reps etc? Why do three weights sets a week? At most you only need 2 for most mma, I reckon one decent full body set a week is enough. How long are these mma sessions? Ask yourself why you run? I only run to loosen myself up. For weight loss/conditioning I do intervals, bodyweight stuff and I'm going to play about with tabata's later.

What is your diet like? I'd look at sorting diet and getting a lot more intensity into your training, looking at the program alone roids aren't going to help there.

roids wont help, theyll make things worse by retaining more fluid giving you the bloated look, and if youve got a chuck belly now, it will be more like sylvias..ok bad joke. you're training 5 times a week with various sorts of training methods. However there is a couple things you can implement which will increase fat loss. Firstly, the most common one which fighters do, and that is a morning run on an empty stomach. Why is this better? because when you've been a sleep for around 8 hours, your body is already in a fat burning state, hence when you start running you will burn more calories compared to an afternoon run after your lunch for instance. Youll feel weak and horrible doing it, but you will see the difference. Secondly, cut a lot of your complex carbs out of diet and replace them with better forms. For example, instead of starchy foods like white bread, cereals, potatoes, eat more fruit and vegetables, or make a combination of the two in a smoothie. Again it is hard at first but you will get used to it, especially when you have a cheat day at the end of the week. If you get cravings again replace them with healthier options..if you get a sweet tooth, have a bannana or 2 with a scoop of organic peanut butter; if you want something savoury try cottage cheese - asda make some good cottage cheeses with prawns, pineapple etc. Green tea extract is a good way to increase your bodys metabolism, jst drink as many cups throughout the day...alongside drinking a minimum of a 1.5 litres of water a day...If anything the bloated feeling of having a lot of liquid will stop your apetite for a while. This again will be more effective if you buy a fat burner....there is a lot of good ones, such as lipo 6 and cheaters relief by bsn. By this time if your willpower is getting better, try and have nothing to eat 2 - 3 hours before bedtime.....and mayb a couple times a week go on a run before you go to bed. This type of practice has worked for me, and every1 is different but it would be worth a try...you need anymore advice feel free to PM me

Good advice i myself have come down from 110k 17st to LHW 93kgs in 3 months.
I personally dont recomend fat burners as they affect your sleep patterns.
Best advice.
No carbs after 12
eat 6-7 small meals a day
Total calories per day at your weight less 2000. ( i eat 1000 a day on a cutting phase but that is only if i have to do it quick)
eat good quality lean protein especially after training
have a multi vitamin everyday as you are restricting your diet
only drink water and green tea
Weigh in once a week at the same time of day, aim to lose .5kgs 1 lbs a week if you are not decrease you calorie intake by 100 a day for the next week until you are. if you are going quicker increase your calorie intake by 100 this is to ensure you are losing fat and not muscle.
and finally stay off the roids the injury rate alone should put you off meaning you cant train and will get fat. plus i have never struggled with a roider as they always think strength is the be all and end all and usually develop crap technique.
