Ross training is the business, I used the 'Infinite Intensity' book when I trained for my fight and it made a massive difference to my conditioning and kept my strength the same, even though I lost about 7kg getting down to weight.

yeah rosstraining is favourited and great

the thing that really set this site apart from all the other "magic pill sites"

In fact, the POWER PUNCH program was inspired by a 1999 study that found that 39% of a punch’s power comes from the legs, 37% from the torso and 24% from the arms. This scientific break down is what separates the POWER PUNCH program from the rest of the pack. It is also what will put you head and shoulders above all of your competitors.

The POWER PUNCH program will take you step by step through 15 weeks of scientific training after which you will see and feel increases in your overall power, speed and strength.

Here is what you will find within the covers of the POWER PUNCH program:

· A total of 115 extremely detailed pages
· 17 innovative weight exercises

· 12 power building plyometric exercises

· 7 tried and true body weight only exercises

· 12 excellent medicine ball exercises

· 5 great stability ball (aka Swiss ball) exercises

· 8 cutting edge ballistic exercises

· Modified Olympic weightlifting movements (e.g. Power cleans)

· Speed sprints

· Rotator cuff strengthening movements

· Depth jumps

· 6 sport specific strength and power tests to measure your success by

Every week you follow the POWER PUNCH program you will take another step towards your goal of becoming a more competent Martial-Athlete. Here is just a small sample of the information this program will deliver.

· How to properly use plyometrics to maximize your power.

· What are the best methods of weight training for martial artists?

· How you can harness the power of Olympic style weight lifting to increase your strength.

· Plyometrics and weights in the same set? Discover the incredible gains possible with Complex Training

· How to lift weights without becoming slow and muscle bound.

Each training phase of the POWER PUNCH is carefully planned and fully laid out in an easy to follow format. Fully illustrated plyometric and weight exercises are grouped into three demanding training sessions per week. In all, you will receive a full 15 weeks of martial arts specific strength and power training for less that the cost of two hours with a personal trainer.

The POWER PUNCH has been expertly designed to allow both the raw beginner and the experienced practitioner to benefit greatly in strength and power.

Not convinced? Here’s what else you will learn:

· How to perform the One Arm Stability Ball Press (page 36)

· What the Turkish Get-up is and where to place it in your periodized training plan (page 74)

· How to use the Plie Lunge to enhance your lower body power (page 100)

· Where to place the Woodchopper exercise into your power phase (page103)

You will not find another strength and power program that brings together all of the vital components that you need to unleash your inner warrior.

I have heard most if not alot of this before, now im not a sheep when it comes to training and finding out the best ways to train, apart from when it comes to doing a workout schedule i dont know where to put where on what day etc id rather someone more qualified's opinion on that but what he mentions are all pretty good stuff, does anyone know how to test this out for free?

I would suggest signing up for the newsletter and then making a slightly more informed decision on the content perhaps - that's what I'd hope people would do if I was offering a product.

says it all really, if you want a s&c regime that works for fighters go to rosstraining and buy a book or two and you'll find all you need to know.

i've never read a bad thing about rosstraining on the net.
