Hello all,

Im looking to put on a No-Gi comp at the University of wolverhampton Walsall campus sports hall some time in the near future. before I take the plunge and book the sports hall I want to get as much feedback as possible with regards to :-

how much would people be willing to pay to enter?
what weight catagories whould we use?
what rule set should we use?
Should we have men , women and children divisions?
how should we split the experience? (i.e -12mths , 1-2yrs , 2yrs+)

Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

If you would be interested in entering this comp or entering your fighters could you please (as a test) send me the info of who would be entering. This would help me get an idea of how many people would enter , what kind of weight divisions I would have and the experience levels.

sex:
Age:
weight:
experience: (in years)
club:

If it has the potential to be a good little comp ill go ahead and book the hall and get the ball rolling.

I would be interested, I have a few mates at Wolves uni that would probably be interested too, All -12 Months experience though. I'd say £5-£10 entrance fee.

I think you would have to make the weight classes pretty wide in order to get any serious numbers in each class. Perhaps just two, -185Lb and +185Lb, something like that.
