Aloha.
I'm training three or four days for Muay Thai and have dedicated only one day a week for weight training. Friday evening.
(Time is all sorted so please don't suggest "doing another day").
I need to know the maximum hit I can get on my body in approx two hours of weight training.
I'm looking to be style specific, so core and punching power would be great development. Whatever the routine includes, it will have squats as my only leg exercise. I'll do 16. 10. 4 as a small pyramid - then rep out on light weight to failure.
Can anybody suggest a routine around that... I might mod it of course but all ideas welcome.
