i need to get more veg into my diet - but i absolutely hate the stuff.

the smell and taste of most of it makes me want to puke, esp. cabbage and cauliflower. If my bird is cooking cauli i have to leave the house, it makes me want to heave.

i eat plenty of onions, green and red peppers, garlic, lettuce.. er.. thats about it

what veg doesnt taste strong or like shit/leaves from the park?

i don;t suppose lager is a vegetable is it?

I like some veg raw but not cooked, turnip, carrots.

i avoid sprouts and parsnips like the plauge.

Try more pulses beans and peas or mushrooms.

agree with that, I hate cooking them. they go all soggy :@

brocoli I sometimes cook. the flower bit at the top is hard to eat. the stem is fine raw though.

and I always eat spinach raw.

only other thingas I cook are onions, tomatoes and peppers when making a pasta sauce.

ahhhh just remembered. If you put spinach in with the pasta sauce u cant taste it!!!

you could try a green drink...... eg paleo greens or green defence.

in all fairness, they are rank but are great for extra veggies in your diet

Try eating them raw and mixing them with meat and sauce.

Haha I brought some broccoli and tried to eat it raw for my dinner the other week - no chance. Peas, carrots or mushrooms are fine raw but I take my hat off to you if you got the broccoli down

that way you could avoid tasting them.

Found his @ supermarket: Heinz Hidden Veg HOOPS in Tomato Sauce.

Got carrot, parsnip, red pepper and courgette blended into the sauce.

Chuck them in a stiry fry with some sauce and you're keeping a lot of the nutrients by not cooking them too much and they will retain a decent texture.

You've brought up enemas a few times in the past haven't you? I find your penchant for sticking things up your hole a little worrying!
