Does anyone train here or know what the place is like? Only just discovered it this weekend although I must have walked past it god knows how many times in my life. Anyone know what the instructors and classes are like? I know I should just get myself in there but thought I'd ask on here first. Cheers.

This is their website

I know that the instructor used to train under Master Sken.

There is also a MMA class on, monday, wednesday and friday at 7.30. The thai class ranges from beginners to advance, as does the MMA.

Cheers mate. I checked out the website but I can't find anything about MMA classes, but I might have to check them out too. Gonna get myself there next week!

I recommend Teesside Thai Boxing, lovely gym and a good all rounder, Dave the thai instructor is a proper on the level, such a nice person! He is well off and is willing to spend anything to make his gym even better than it is.

The MMA class is really good; few techniques and plenty of sparing. Getting some good lads there now from all different disciplines. Jamie is a good instructor, knows how to teach and had awesome standup! Jamie St Pierre!

Ezekiel why did you feel the need to drag up a 3 year old thread to show your gyms superiority ? lol

Anyway yeah Teesside thai is a great gym, at the minute it's ran by Ste Long, Kin Prayun Thawang has just left recently and I believe Dave is sending another thai over soon.

Anyone local should check it out.
