Payday tomorrow!
Want to get a heavy one to slam onto concrete and other such exercises. Where would you recommend to buy one? Only seen suspect ones so far.
Dunno if slaming it into concrete is wise, but I could use a few camping rollmats to soften the blow (and might make it less noisy so my neighbours don't kill me at 6.30am!)

Leather ones are best for slamming as they bounce low and absorb the force, meaning you have to get lower to grab it then put force through it again as you pull it up then slam it back down. Plastice ones will fly up and hit you in the face.
Put the mats down or even a few towels so that the leather lasts a bit longer.

Stapes you sexual legend, nice one.
Though I wonder if you can get heavier than 5kg...
Finding 8 and 9 kg ones. More like it...
