Hi,

Over the last few weeks I have been down to Gracie Barra in Long Eaton (Nottingham) a couple of times.

There is a good size turnout - with a good spread of sizes/weights and belts - white, orange, blue & purple.

Everyone is very friendly and happy to have an outsider (from another school across town) coming to train with them.

The class lasts 90 mins, and afterwards it's roll 'til you drop - most of the class stay on the have a pull around.

If you are in the area, I would highly recommend popping in for a session.

Jon

Any ideas what the times are on a wednesday for this? I train tuesdays and thursdays somewhere else. Im sure a few guys from our session would be up for a wednesday session.

I know 2 guys already at our club who've trained with the Long Eaton guys. Suppose to be a really nice group of lads.

cheers...
