Pedro Bessa Cardiff (Fridays)

There is a new class run by Pedro Bessa in Cardiff. It is 7pm start at the Welsh institue of sports, Sophia gardens, Cardiff.

There are few people from the Welsh national Judo team also training in this class so standard is pretty darn good.

Mondays class in llantrisant sports centre was jammed tonight too:D

There must have been 40 people on the mats last night!

Great session only downside is we had to sit out between rounds which I hate doing.

Hopefully Pedro can get the Monday class down to the WIS sport as well?! I'll be down there when I can but it will be a toss up between mondays and fridays depending on what days/nights I am working that week.

Friday sessions used to be a great session down the Sweatbox with the Welsh crew over. I was looking forward to a weekend in Bristol sometime soon with the Friday evening spent rolling then out on the town on Friday night. Looks like that's not gonna happen.

Fly to cardiff, train to town, get to the Judo centre and roll then grab a lift back to Bristol with someone coudl be doable though then meet up with my mates out in town. Flight back from Bristol to Glasgow.

Easy.

Even better idea lads, in to Cardiff train until 8.30 / 9pm then on the lash in cardiff yeah, yeah.

Let me know when your coming across the bridge G. I think the Friday class came across from Bristol as the majority of the class there were Pedro Bessa Wales!!

Pedro's classes are getting mentally busy at the moment but still as quality as ever. Got to be honest I enjoyed my 5 mins rest in between rolling Monday. After Andy B, Divo and then Scott I needed a little rest!!!
