Could anyone suggest a good kettlebell workout to condition me for mma!! I have a 16kg one to start out and get my technique correct. Any suggestions would be greatly recieved!!!

That complex looks pretty kick-ass. Sadly kettlebells ain't cheap and I'm as poor as shit.

never trained with kettlebells before but thinking of investing in a set,are they highly recommended then?

yeah man lets all film ourselves with our beer guts swinging kettle bells in our back gardens maybe the neighbours will see us and we will all look really hard and tough!!

Any idea what weight I should get for my first one?

Im 5'7.5, and about 58kg.

Pretty weak though, also any books or dvds worth getting?

I was on the 16kg kettlebells earlier, practice worked for me.

I'm 5'10 weigh about 66kg and I use 16kg but I'm reasonably strong, so just goto a gym and try their bells.

Doesnt look like hes doing it correctly squatting instead of breaking at the hips.
