Would anybody recomend using nlp techniques?

does anybody have any experiance of nlp?

It's not the be all and end all, but it would have a positive effect. Funny how fighters spend a lot of time training their body, but a rarely train their mind.

I believe Danny Giblin had a post up for a seminar on NLP, which was by Vinnie Shoreman. Vinny was a craking Nak Muay a few years back and teaches Muay Thai in Knutsford, Cheshire.

i dont actually have a problem well not one i know about i just struggle to bring my unstopable gym form and so called potential into the cage and this has been recomended to me.

What do you want to get out of it?
What are you having problems with?

I went to a shrink instead.

thats the point i cant see a problem myself i dont know what my problems are i could do with somebody telling me.

not sure maybe increased focus confidence and clarity of vision when competing, just to be able to take my gym form into the cage.

Well. If you want to help your self.. Than you first need to understand nlp to a level, where you are able to see/feel problems. And thank have the skills to help your self. So i might my better to see a sports pyscho or start talking oxazepam before you fight ;)

i dont need to relax man lol.

i have been offered a prety good price with a mind performance guy specialising in nlp thats all.

Well.. try it.. If it can make you better why not. NLP can work for sure, so why not ?

I would do Leeroy. I use it all the time. Very good for focussing and visulisation. I am sure a ot of UFC calibre guys would do.
