Paul Sass's flying triangle in the -80kgs was great and Mike Gray is a beast as he stormed through the -80s and Absolute showing great conditioning... and compassion as he asked a couple of his opponents if they were OK as he was beasting them! :D

Hope the arm is OK Shay and hope Sass's opponent who went out is OK as well.

A light hearted atmosphere, referees that actually took notice of the action and general all round great event.

Well done Mark Davies, only been training no-gi with us for 6 months and improving all the time. Mark Taylor is unbelivable, and in my opinion is one the UK's biggest MMA prospects!

Sass should be banned from using triangles haha. Did Jay Mc or Phil compete?

He should have got 1st and i should have got 2nd! I beat Anthony in the semi final but had to pull out of the final against my team mate becuase of injury.

Cheers guys was a really good comp, i don't think ive ever laughed so much at a grappling comp... the random comments were great

Sorry again about the arm shay, ive never seen an arm go as far back as yours did! my eyes are normally pretty open but with the shock of seeing that they were that open i could see into the future dude!

Was interesting how different your games were you'd never guess you were from the same place.

im happy with the outcome though :cool: see you in January ;)

Well done to everybody that competed in every weight category. All the competitor's did them selfs justice. There was some great Technique on desplay, i just hope some of my matches make the highlight real haha.
