Excellent Black Belt training session today with Lucio Sergio, a big thanks to you for coming over and thanks to all who attended.
First day at our new gym!
Will be a new class on Tuesdays, 6-8pm ( conditioning and Gi work) from now on.
Still doing Thursdays 6-8pm Gi at the memorial hall.
Coming soon conditioning circuit every night 1hr.
