I've not done much weight training in the last couple of years and cos I can't get to training as often any more (working shifts) I'm gonna start going to the gym again.

However I have a bit of a problem putting on weight, and an even bigger problem keeping it on! I can't compete any more so I don't have to worry about weight categories, I currently weigh a mere 62kg, but I've been as big as 73 before I stopped weight lifting, and I reckon I could get u to 75-77kg. I'm 6ft tall and skinny as fook thanks to an insane metabolism and the fact that my job involves walking/cycling all day long.

I don't really need any help with working out a routine, I think I got that pretty sorted, but I could use a hand finding some decent suppliments, rather than having to try lots of different ones and see whats best. I'll be doing between 3 and 5 weight sessions a week.
Probably looking for a good high protein mass gain product and some good creatine.

Any help?

I've attached a diet and supplement program which works pretty well, you'll need to see how it goes with your metabolism tho, you may need to jack up the serving sizes or mix your weight gain shakes with full fat and cream to increase the calories.

Mass building diet. (http://www.extremenutrition.co.uk/news_and_articles/mass_building_diet_program.php)
