My Mrs has low Iron levels and the docs are concerned she is not eating food with enough Iron in.
Docs told her to eat more red meat but she doesnt like it, when she mentioned this to him he just said "learn to like it" lol is there any other foods high in iron that would be worth a try?

Give her the old 80's movie quote.
Shes needs more *Cocks back gun* Iron in her diet.
That great quote was from Tango and cash :)
But i know Tuna has quite alot of iron in it and someone else said egg yolk but im not sure.

I used to take iron supplements in sachets but they were sick so i just eat more red meats and drink guiness now.

Or try oral iron supplementation (cautiously though - the gut doesn't like big doses)
