hey guys, in the first min of the vid andy is doing some rotational exercies with the cables n resistance bands, wats the benifit of this exercise?? will theses sorts of exercises increase ko power??? n if i was to follow it, how many sets n reps shud i do n wat sort of routine or exercies shoud i mix with???
