any do these, how do you add in with rest of your work. How far to push, how many reps, how often etc?
Thanks for suggestions in advance.

Done a few - excellent total body workout. Did it as a conditioning session all by itself - what you work depends a bit on your position - facing the car or leaning backwards into it etc.
I pushed about 25 yds up a (very) slight gradient, and then walked back as it rolled back to the starting point. Important - check the gradient!
I pushed at the bonnet, so my mate at the wheel could see me easily if I stumbled and could hit the brake.

Yeah, and what Dog isn't saying is that it was my Animal pick-up, and we'd loaded the back with a tonne of weight too....
Don't mess with da Dog....

I did these for about 8 sessions. It was awesome and entirely brutal. I used a honca civic onghatch up a slight gradiant and pushed for about 40 seconds a pop as hard as I could for about 8 sets. Fucking brutal stuff and real excellent.

I saw lewisj practicing some of these last night, on a peugeot 306, backwards in the rain. Guy even managed to start his car, which I think was the desired outcome!
