Healing cream for a bad gash

DOes anyone know of a good healing cream to aid a bad gash on my knuckle?

It's the middle one on my left hand (I am left handed), currently got some butterfly stitches and it has been "glued" together but conscious that as soon as I put a glove on and start training it will probably burst open.

Training tonight and covering it over with a dressing and dont want to miss sparring just through a bad knuckle.

Any advice on helping it to heal?

Prevention is probably easier, try lube next time, or spit if you're feeling romanatic.
