if i take creatine for a month get all the benafits you know added training stamina and all if i then stop using it will my conditioning go back to how it was before i was using it?

Creatine stores more water in your body, I wouldn't say you would lose your condition maybe some weight and you wont recover as fast from training.
If im wrong please correct me someone :D

Aren't you supposed to take creatine in cycles anyway? Like 3 weeks on then 1 off?

My Creapure says that I should take it 8 weeks then have a break for four weeks.

Ha, I got creapure too, maybe I should start reading the labels!
Thing is with Creatine is made naturally in your body creatine gluscose or something or another that stores as glucogen around your muscles... so taking it enhances that and is great if you have a stranious day, it generally gives you more energy and recovery if u have 2 hard workouts in a row.. So it is great for when ur going through the phase of your training where you are just looking for more strength and general fitness... yes it does make u put on weight but its mainly water...
I havent done weights or took creatine for a while now as iv had so many fights in a rowe i noticed my weight dropped in one go.. but still in the last month or so iv lost a tiny bit more.. so i think it sorta does take a while for ur weight to go back down, maybe its just me genetically... But i generally feel just as strong,
Creatine doesn generally make you stronger (well sorta does temporaraly), weights does.. and creatine helps u lift weights as it supplies more energy from your nervous system and helps your muscles recover.. another thing is when u buy creatine did u guys do the loading period? at the beginning where u take 4 spoonfulls a day or whatever, as i was told by a friend of mine that its not important really, and u should just go into the maintainance phase as the loading phase it just so u use more of it up and have to then buy more.....

thanks guys but loading does give faster results but its not nessecery.

I found a weird thing with Creatine; it made me very snappy and it kinda fucked with my patience, I'd find myself speaking to the guy behind the counter at subway like shit, just cause I'd been stood in the queue for 5 minutes.
Also, I didn't find any particular recovery or energy gains that made my personality shortcomings worthwhile.
