A complete list of every BJJ and Grappling comp!!

As i'm sitting here night after night looking through the different forums and web sites, no where to be found is one complete list of all the (big or small) BJJ and grappling competitions and tournaments. Until today when i was given this link kindly by Rob T

And seen that a couple of the guys were saying that there is no such person that is making one big list or calender of all the events.

This got me thinking, why doesnt someone make this list!! why dont i make this list??

So as of now i will be putting together a list of each and every comp or tournament for 2009. Everyones help would be very very appreciated in this, so if anyone knows of a comp please e-mail me at havoc_720@hotmail.com and mark it as "Grapplers List".

I want to try and keep this list about 2 months ahead of whats going on so as to give time for training and sign ups ect.

If anyone thinks this is a bad idea or doesn't like it or has any good ideas about how to make it better please, by all means let me know.

This would be awesome mate. Are you going to make a website for it? Could then sticky it on here and the EFN forums?

yeah im in the process of starting it up now. Its only gona be a few web pages put together to start, but if it get enough hits ill make it into a full time web site.
i hope to have the 1st part up by early next week so please email me with any comps that are coming up either here or abroad.

Wonderfull idea, please add anything which envoles Grappling aspect of combat sports to the calander, e.g MMA events etc.

Also hyperlink all entries to relevent entry page on the comp's site.

Could these events be separated though if MMA/Thai/Whatever events are also uploaded onto the site?

Great idea T&G. It's rubbish when you have to abuse Google looking around for comps and now that the Northern Open's been cancelled, need to find something abit closer than the Hereford comp they cancelled it for!

guys im afraid that this site will be for grappling sports only i.e BJJ,Judo,No-gi Grappling and Sub-mission fighting.sports that have an aspect of grappling like MMA and Muay Thai currently have plenty of web space out there to find out about each and every comp or fight that is going on, so therefore will not have a place on this site.sorry guys.
