been away from the fight scene since i moved over here, been spending alot of time getting my life together overseas so havent had the time to train.
now im trying to get back into it again, been a struggle the past week trying to diet and get adequate exercise as its been a long time since i used to do it religiously.

anyone got any good tips?
some good, simple exercises? that can be effective in fitness and fat burning without growin monotomous (whilst im gradually getting back into the swing of things).

also can anyone recommend a good diet/food. im struggling with just eating salads and chicken at the moment. any fighters/fitness enthusiasts got any low fat recipes which can be ideal for a fighter?

just trying to get back into it and finding it all too monotomous at the moment, so any tips will be appreciated.

cheers

go sparring, rolling. Running and weights are boring as hell. Eat as healthy as you can but don't stress out about it mate.

got a very short attention span, so running bores the shit out of me after 10 minutes.
had my first training session in 2 years tonight, was pretty good. i love the whole fitness side of fighting, but like i said and as you mentioned running/weights get tedious. much prefer rolling etc to get fit.
need to find some decent exercises to break up boredom when im not on training days.
