I'm in a six week phase of doing an uphill 4k run just now.
Tonight, to break my record again, I really picked up the pace for the last 800 metres and started to lose the sensation in the right hand side of my face. It felt like the tingle that you get from a dental injection and it was right down my jaw. It took 5 or so minutes to go away after I completed my run.

Any ideas what this might have been?
Is my fat ring on the verge of a heart attack?

You are supposed to get radiating pains along the jaw or arm during an attack. Might be worth going to the ole vets and getting yerself checked.

Just the thought of running up a hill gives me pains along the neck & arms!!

Definately a trip to the docs mate

I had a problem recently where, when I push myself to my limits (ie lifting to complete ROM failure on every exercise or running till I collapse) I get shooting pains down the inside of my arms when I take a deep breath.

Anyhow, I found out by a trip to the docs that this is to be expected due to my previous spine damage and I'll just have to grin and bear it.

Woth checking out; it's not necessarily gonna cause you harm, but be on the safe side.

Cheers gents. I think that I'll have it checked out on Friday.
