i am thinking about taking a fight for 29th November which is 2 weeks on saturday, i am currently walking around at 92kgs and have had one previous fight at 84kgs where i was still quite soft for that weight and feel i am to outmatched in size and strength, all you guys with the experience do you think this is possible and anyone have any good tips ? help much appreciated

again what weight is it at and why have you posted this twice?
you could easily drop to 84kg in 2 weeks.Cut down carbs in the evening this week,dont eat 4 hours before going to bed,drink 3-4 litres of water a day,have some caffeine (not red bull) before training and go for a very light run for about 20 mins before breakfast.One week before yr fight only eat carbs before and after training.However I think smiler is the best person to give you advice on this mate

sorry mate no the fight is at 77 kgs just thought i would put it in here as well so i could get as much info as possible

IMHO dont take it, its to much of a cut in to short a time
In that case mate I would forget it that is far too much to cut.You will feel like shit in the fight ,do middleweight for now

Is the weigh in on the same day? Or is it day before? And if it is on the day what time are the weigh ins and how long will you have to hydrate after the weigh in up until your fight. It is a lot to cut, but if your fitness has been maintained reasonably high you may be able to perform to a high standard

thats same as me im 90 and wanna drop to 80ish for the 29th
