Last Combat Base session of 2008

Next Tuesday (2nd) we will be over for our last session of the year and will be playing with some guard passing.

We will run it just like a normal training session not like a seminar, so there will be plenty of drilling and sparring. Bring plenty of energy.

Can't beleive we've almost come to the end of the year, seems like five minutes since I had you over at Bolton for the first seminar of the year, when ya did the x guard session!!!!

Apologies to Darren Helen and Neil for tonight's non show didn't get in from work til gone 7pm, the snow's caused major havoc today, put the radio on for traffic reports for the M62 and didn't look good, traffic in Bolton been horrendous all day :(

Neil, I will try and get over Thursday and collect the knee pads, will be in touch B4 then.

Hi Helen and Darren. Sorry i missed it but i'm out of training for a couple of weeks min as my ribs need resting. I was gutted to have missed. Been to every one since i returned. If don't see you before the new year then have a great xmas and new year. See you soon.

It's always great to go over to Caged Steel and train
