Never trained with a better instructor than Leigh... I used to travel an hour by train to train with him because of how much I learnt.

You go to his gym and you train with some of his guys, they are pretty damned good, so you think they have been training 4/5 years... When I asked him their experience they had all be training 6 months - 2 years max, which just goes to show the level he is teaching at, they are obviously picking it up fast.

He is also a nice guy and he knows how to get to the big time... He was UK number 1 ranked FW/LW (whatever they were calling it at the time) and fought on Cage Rage as well as the UFC back in the day.

As well as MMA, in terms of conditioning / Strength based fighters, Leigh is P4P one of the strongest guys in the sport.

Get up there man.

Leigh's away at the moment but I'm sure he'll be on here when he gets back. He should be around from Friday.

I've never trained with Leigh but he's a great bloke,lousy taste in comic characters though.

He also runs a class a few times a month in Reading for us which we have good turnout for. I know he got back yesterday so I'm sure he will be back on the forurm shortly.

Where abouts in Reading?

We usually run a class out of Reading Rugby Club up towards Sonning in our own purpose built gym and usually Leigh comes down to us once or twice a month on a Saturday. Contact would be Phil Else who runs the Club. Can PM me if you want more info, we always welcome people from other clubs to come and train with us.
