What time on a Thursday afternoon mate? Im gonna be back training next week hopefully, had a mole removed off my head 2 weeks ago and they done a shit job with the stitches, and bleeds loads at the slightest knock, had it redone for the second time on the Wednesday just gone and getting the new stitches out on Monday morning, should be fully healed then and ready to train on Wednesday with a nice newly shaved head.

Skin heads are the way forward, you can go out without having to do your hair and save money on hair cuts (I really am that tight).

I can only do Thursday afternoons here and there but its not an every week thing.

Yeah thats ok just if there is enough of us its better than doing boring cardio on the treadmill. Also its but another excuse for Jamie to skive off work :-)

Let me know when u want to do any extra work im off most days. Deffo next thursday, on the skin head situation I cant even afford a skin head so im gonna have to get a mohawk (it will be to expensive if I shave the middle bit)

How much is membership at JJB?

32 a month on peak I dont know about 0ff peak ie 9 till 5 it used to be 20 quid a month.

you have to be a member to train there.

also we cant book the studio but its free between 1130 and 430
