Hey Guys

Right I am trying to lose as much fast as possible in the next 6 weeks. My diet has been trimmed down (about 1400 cals a day with most coming from protein and fats) and I have increased my cardio (steady state and interval).

I want to give fat burners a try. I know that they are no substitute for a good diet and training but I cant see it hurting. I have already added plenty of chillis and green tea to my diet.

What have people used in the past? Did you see results? Any side effects?

Was looking at thermobol (its on sale) but am willing to try others based on good/bad comments

All help is as always appretiated (sp)

Cheers

I know "Inferno" are a good brand, an old friend of mine, Alan "Punchbag" Taylor (former Am Boxer) used them as part of his eating/ exercise plan to get from 104kg to 72kg, naturally he exercised and managed his eating, but he swore they helped him shift weight quicker

they're cheap too; www.activesportsnutrition.co.uk (http://www.activesportsnutrition.co.uk/shop/cat,WEIGHT%20LOSS%20AND%20FAT%20BURNERS/parent,0/product_name,INFERNO%202%2090%20CAPS?gclid=CP2i0La Lu5cCFRpUEAodaF9SSA)

Although, personally, I'd stick to green tea, fish oils and glutamine.

Eph 25+ or a ECA stack - some love them, some hate them. I cant give you a link for them as they are legal to own but illegal to sell and giving a link is a very grey area...

Lipo-6x are very good and grenades are not bad either.

For the legal ones
http://www.nutrex.com/lipo6x.html

Think it might have some information about them on there! The EPH 25+ some stores still sell them online, but to get the actual Eph on its own might be a bit harder.

Yea, I found they had good results so did my girlfriend, to be fair our diets were spot on.

They are about £30-£40, search google for them, the site I used to get them from closed down so I cant vouch for any site you find :(

Hmmm - save your money!

Studies have shown that 2% of your fat loss (above and beyond that which can be achieved through diet and training) can be attributed to these products.

Thats not if you weigh 100kg you can lose 2kg....

Its if you lose 1kg then 2% of that 1kg is down to the product...

Even the pharmaceutical grade doctor's prescription products only achieve 4% above and beyond...

Don't cut out carbs - your body will cry out for them!
