Thinking of investing in a pair. Any advice? There doesn't seem to be many places that sell them and they are pretty pricey.

Didn't know there was such a thing as weightlifting shoes. How do you benefit from wearing them? How do they differ?

No need to wear them unless you compete in olympic lifting or do it pretty seriously IMO.

They have a raised hell and solid sole. Main benefit is changing the angles involved in the olympic lifts.

That's what I wear to squat. That or workboots.
