Neck Problem...

....reet, I've a problem with my neck (the vertebrae, not the soft tissue) and that is that it clicks when I lean my head forward and turn my head.

By putting my hand on my nack I can feel a vertebrae seemingly clicking in and out of place as I turn my head.

It doesn't hurt, and doesn't cause me any problems....but it's a little worrying.

Ideas as to what it may be?

If it doesn't hurt, and you don't have any other problems with your neck then it's unlikely to be anything to worry about.

Sounds like what an osteopath would call a "spontaneous joint cavitation"... a little like a suction cup being pulled off a window as the joint surfaces separate.
