Torn Bicep

Tore mine last Wednesday sparring and will be having surgery on Friday.

Anyone had this before or know of anyone who has had treatment for it?

depends how bad and where . i ended up having a tendon removed from my forearm and the bicep kinda reshaped and attached back to the bone and pinned on my forearm . i managed to tear all the upper of the bone .didnt hurt surprisingly . was out for over 12 months . hope it not the same if its not severe you could be back in 6 fingers crossed
